Delete your account or data

This page lets users of the Foundri app, developed by FoundriAI, Inc., request deletion of their account or personal data. You don't need to sign in.

Delete your Foundri account

You can delete your account in either of these ways:

  1. In the Foundri app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.
  2. Or submit the form below with the email address you use for Foundri. We'll verify and process it.

What we delete

  • Your profile and account details (name, email, phone, login credentials)
  • Your landing page, services, products, and uploaded photos and media
  • Bookings, client records, and notes

What we keep

We keep transaction and payment records only where we are required to by law (for example, for tax and accounting compliance), for up to 7 years. Payments processed by Stripe are also retained by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Delete your data without deleting your account

You can ask us to delete some or all of your personal data while keeping your Foundri account. Tell us which data you'd like removed and we'll process the request within 30 days.
