Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2026
Last Updated: May 30, 2026

FoundriAI, Inc. ("Foundri," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Foundri mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Foundri, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

Foundri is an all-in-one business management platform for solo entrepreneurs, creators, and service providers. Our Service allows users to create a customizable landing page, take bookings, sell products, manage orders, and grow their business — all from a single iOS app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
  • Business Content: Services you offer, products you list, pricing, website links, photos and videos you upload, your booking policy, and other content you publish on your Foundri page.
  • Client Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses of your clients and customers, which you provide or which clients provide when booking or purchasing.
  • Payment Information: Booking, shop, and web subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions purchased in the Foundri iOS app are billed by Apple through the App Store. Foundri does not store full card numbers or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy governs Stripe-processed payments: stripe.com/privacy. Apple processes App Store subscription payments under its own policies. Foundri may receive subscription status and related transaction metadata needed to provide access, but not your full payment card details from Apple.
  • Communications: Messages you send us through support channels or in-app feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app or browser identifiers used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Usage Analytics: Features you use, actions you take, and performance data collected via Mixpanel and PostHog to help us understand and improve the Service.
  • Session Replay & Usability: On the web, Microsoft Clarity may record interactions such as clicks and scrolls to help us fix usability issues. In the Foundri iOS app, UXCam may record session replays for the same purpose. Sensitive screens (clients, payouts, checkout, and similar) are masked or excluded from recording where configured.
  • Page Performance Data: Views, clicks, and engagement on your public Foundri page.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and crash or error reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Foundri Service. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes outside the platform. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and Foundri page.
  • Process bookings, appointments, orders, and payments.
  • Display your profile on the Collective discovery page (if you have opted in).
  • Show page view and performance analytics within your account dashboard.
  • Analyze app and web usage through Mixpanel and PostHog.
  • Identify usability issues through session replay tools (Microsoft Clarity on web, UXCam on iOS).
  • Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, order updates, payment alerts) if you have enabled notifications.
  • Send marketing or promotional emails, with an opt-out link included in every message.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share data with the following third-party providers solely to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — Payment processing for client bookings, shop orders, and web-based subscription billing
  • Apple (App Store) — In-app subscription billing for the Foundri iOS app. Apple processes payment according to its own policies; Foundri receives subscription status and transaction metadata needed to provide access, not your full payment card details
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection and abuse prevention on web signup, login, and other protected forms where enabled. Cloudflare may process limited device and browser information to help detect fraud and automated abuse
  • Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and file storage for profile and business content
  • Mixpanel — Product analytics (web and mobile)
  • PostHog — Product analytics, feature flags, and session replay (where enabled)
  • Microsoft Clarity — Web session analytics and usability insights
  • UXCam — iOS session replay and usability insights (sensitive screens masked where configured)
  • Twilio — SMS for booking confirmations, review requests, and related transactional messages when enabled
  • Resend — Transactional and marketing email delivery
  • Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — Push notifications to the Foundri iOS app when you enable them
  • Vercel — Web application hosting and delivery
  • Shippo — Shipping rate quotes and label services when providers ship physical products

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

4.2 Your Public Foundri Page

Content you publish on your Foundri page — including your business name, services, products, photos, and reviews — is publicly visible to anyone who visits your link.

4.3 The Collective (Discovery Page)

The Collective is an opt-in discovery feature. Your profile will only appear in the Collective if you have explicitly requested to be listed. You can request removal at any time by contacting us at support@foundri.me.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

4.5 Business Transfers

If FoundriAI, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change in advance.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Foundri only displays verified reviews — reviews submitted by users who have completed an actual transaction through the platform. This ensures that ratings on your page are authentic and trustworthy.

6. Notifications

Push notifications and in-app notifications are only sent if you have enabled them in your device or app settings. You can turn these off at any time in your iOS Settings. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Request removal from the Collective discovery page.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@foundri.me.

7.1 California Residents

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Foundri does not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

7.2 EEA, UK, and International Users

If you access Foundri from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge this transfer. Our legal bases for processing under GDPR include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and your consent where applicable.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, transaction records for tax compliance).

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, access controls, and Cloudflare Turnstile on signup and login to help prevent automated abuse. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data.

10. Children's Privacy

Foundri is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@foundri.me.

11. Third-Party Links

Your Foundri page may include links to external websites or social media profiles. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
